Luxembourg's annual student fair is celebrating a milestone this year as it marks its 40th edition with both a new venue and an expanded concept. After several years on the University campus in Belval, the fair will now be held at the Coque in Kirchberg.

The event is organised by the Ministry for Research and Higher Education in close collaboration with the Association of Luxembourg Student Circles (ACEL).

Education opportunities in Luxembourg and abroad remain central to the fair, yet this year's event will offer an even broader range of topics, with the programme also focussing on career prospects, youth engagement, and personal development for young people.

More than 180 exhibitors from 17 countries are set to attend the fair on 29 and 30 October. Visitors will have the chance to explore four major themes: 'Studies in Luxembourg', 'International Studies', 'Youth Engagement', and 'The World of Work'.

In addition to universities and higher education institutions from both Luxembourg and abroad, the fair will feature student organisations, associations, professional federations, companies, and other organisations offering voluntary opportunities across various sectors.

The fair aims to give young people comprehensive guidance, providing not only information about academic programmes but also about potential careers and the many ways to shape their personal and professional paths.

Over the course of the two-day event, a wide array of pupils, future students, parents, and anyone interested will be able to meet exhibitors directly, ask questions, and receive personalised advice to help plan their futures.

Services from the Ministry for Research and Higher Education will also be available on site. The Service Information Études Supérieures and the Service Aides Financières will offer advice on university studies, enrolment procedures, and the state’s financial support for students.
