The mugger approached his victim while speaking in French, before pushing the unsuspecting pedestrian over and stealing their necklace, which also included a ring.
As the perpetrator was able to escape the scene, the police have released a description of him: he is of light skin colour, aged 20 to 30, has blue eyes, and short hair. At the time of the incident, the mugger was dressed in Gucci clothes from top to bottom, including a bag and a cap.
