The accident occurred on the CR360 between Michelbouch and Bissen shortly before 1 pm.
According to the police report, the victim was part of a group of motorcyclists. He lost control over his motorbike in a bend to the right. He slid across the wet road and crashed into the ditch on the other side of the road, where he hit a pole and a fence.
Air Rescue were called to the scene but the 52-year-old Belgian man succumbed to his injuries.
