The municipality of Contern announced the launch of the local app in a statement released on Sunday.
The ‘Meng Gemeng’ app will provide updates about Contern-related news and further act as a contact platform designed to facilitate communication between residents and municipal officials. People will also have the option of being updated about news and events via push notifications.
The app was commissioned by the town’s aldermen council and developed by ‘apps.lu by Kirepo’. The app can be downloaded from the App Store and from the Google Play Store.
