Eight bankruptcies were declared due to the health crisis. Two years ago, in April 2019, a total of 71 bankruptcies were declared, meaning that figures are close to pre-pandemic levels.
In addition, 74 companies were placed in liquidation in April 2021. These were mainly holding companies and investment funds.
