The agreement between the two parties provides for the gains of the last collective bargaining, from which 240 employees are currently benefiting, to be maintained. Each employee will also receive a bonus of €500 for the years 2021, 2022, and 2023.

In addition, the parties also agreed on a limitation on the number of temporary workers. This means that the company will only be able to employ 20 unskilled and ten skilled temporary workers at any one time, i.e. half the number currently working for the company.

Finally, the core teams within the company are to be made up exclusively of employees on fixed contracts.
