The pet was found on Rue Ernst Ising in Beringen near Mersch, at 12.45pm, attached to a fence.

The female dog, aged around two years old, is not equipped with a microchip for identification.
Witnesses or people with knowledge relating to the dog's owner should contact the Mersch police station on 24490-1000.
