
Many would-be travellers were left scratching their heads when the ongoing crisis triggered cancellations of vacations, flights, and hotel reservations.
The European Consumer Centre (ECC) in Luxembourg is now coming to their aid and shedding light on these questions. As in-person appointments are currently not possible, ECC now offers consumers the option to send in short videos describing their queries. An expert will then send a video explanation in return.
Questions should not exceed 20 seconds and can be sent in English, Luxembourgish, French, or German. The videos can simply be sent via email to info@cecluxembourg.lu.
The service is free of charge.
