Around 5.30 p.m. in Rummelange, one person suffered light injuries after a car and a motorcycle collided.
Two accidents between two cars occurred in Luxembourg City, the first one in the roundabout Glück, the second one on Avenue John F. Kennedy. One person suffered minor injuries in each incident.
Another accident occurred on the A13 motorway between Sanem and Pétange. No further details are known at this stage.
On the A3 motorway between Dudelange and Metz, two people were injured in a collision with one other vehicle. The incident happened shortly before seven o'clock in the evening.
Two further people suffered injuries on Saturday. One was involved in an accident in Rue de Mondorf in Aspelt, the other on the CR110 between Bascharage and Clemency.
Aside from road accidents, emergency services also had to intervene because of a faulty heating system in Rue Gaston Thorn in Mamer, and due to a faulty chimney in Rue Haute in Mertert. Nobody was injured in either incident.
The Grand Ducal Fire and Rescue Corps also conveyed that another accident occurred on Friday evening between Christnach and Consdorf. One person was injured in the process.
