Late on Tuesday afternoon, three bottles of perfume were stolen from a shop in Luxembourg City. Police apprehended the suspect, recovered the bottles, and returned them to the store. A police report was filed.
On Tuesday evening, a business in Niederanven was targeted in a burglary. According to initial reports, several unknown individuals gained entry to the premises by breaking through a glass door. Construction equipment and cash were stolen, and the suspects fled with the loot. A search operation launched immediately by police yielded no results.
On Wednesday morning at around 5am, an attempted burglary was reported at a detached house on Rue des Carrières in Neudorf. Police said a patio door had been forced open, but the perpetrator was startled by the resident and fled. Investigations have been opened in both cases.
