Parents across the country sought to entertain children during a rainy Pentecost holiday. Families who were unable to travel abroad instead turned to alternative indoor entertainment for their kids.
Fortunately, indoor playgrounds and soft play were permitted to reopen after coronavirus measures were relaxed, offering a solution for families to shelter from the wet conditions outside. Proprietors were delighted to welcome back customers after long months of closures due to the pandemic.
However, hygiene measures are still in place for many of the indoor leisure centres. Despite the sanitary restrictions in place, the virus threat has not prevented numerous families from visiting soft play premises, allowing their children to let off steam in the giant playgrounds with slides, trampolines, ball pits and climbing walls. RTL Luxembourg visited one such premises on Wednesday.
