Sunday - or "Europe Day", as it is now known - will give us our first proper look at summer this month. Soaring temperatures, sunshine and light cloud - what more could you ask for? Make the most of it, though, as come Monday the barometer drops and the rain returns.
Morning temperatures will start at a reasonable 11-15 °C, rising to a whopping 27°C by the afternoon. Although the evening promises to be balmy at around 21 °C, it's forecast to be chilly as the night goes on.
