The 69th edition this year saw 69 groups, 30 carriages and 31 music groups taking part.
Tons of confetti and sweets are distributed over a 2.5-kilometre course. The cavalcade in Pétange counts as the oldest in the Grand Duchy; its first edition dates back to 1955.
Attending the event is free of charge, and parking spaces are available.
