Throughout Sunday night, an advertising panel located at a central square in Wormeldange played a pornographic film. A video of what municipal officials have since labelled as an external playback subsequently made its rounds on social media, drawing both amusement and dismay among people.
On Monday, the municipality of Wormeldange put out an official apology, stating that unknown suspects managed to gain control over the advertising panel and used it to play the adult film. An investigation into the matter has since been launched.
