
There are currently 24 fixed speed cameras in Luxembourg. In the last year, 282,703 fines were issued for speeding - 272,102 of these at €49, and 10,601 at €145.
2,023 high speed crimes were recorded.
The Ministry also published a list of the top ten spots where the majority of speeding infractions were recorded between 2016 and 2020:

5. Schlammestee: 45,724
6. Lallange: 40,310
7. Dorscheid: 40.160
8. Niderterhaff (Bertrange): 29,147

155,552 vehicles were flashed by mobile speed camera, while construction site radars caught 98,152 speeding cars.
Fixed speed cameras account for around 78% of all flashed infractions, while mobile and construction speed cameras count 13.5% and 8.5% respectively.
The first average speed camera will become operational on the N11 on Monday 15 June.
