The crash occurred at around 10.00. Emergency services on site closed the road to traffic until shortly after midday, as one person needed to be cut out of the wreckage. The report confirmed that two people had suffered injuries in the collision.
Elsewhere, a car turned over on the A7 between the Stafelter and Grouft tunnels at around 7.20, leaving one person injured.
In Ingeldorf a motorcyclist suffered injuries after a fall at around 6.00 on Thursday. The Nordstad ambulance service and fire crew attended the scene.
