The victim was first distracted by one of the two muggers, before the other one attacked the man from behind. They stole cash and also tried getting the wristwatch from the victim, who was able to prevent that from happening.
The police was able to identify and arrest both culprits soon after. Officers confiscated the stolen money, a gas pistol, pepper spray, as well as heroin and cocaine doses. Once they were taken to the station, both muggers tried resisting and eventually had to be immobilised. A report of the incident was drawn up.
