
Compared to December 2017, the amount of unemployed people fell considerably.
In December 2018, there were 2,097 fewer registered job seekers compared to the previous year.
In percentage, that means the unemployment rate dropped by 12.1% to 5% in December 2018.
Those who have changed employment status are above all young people, unqualified people, and long-term job seekers.
In each category, unemployment has fallen by between 8 and 13%.
Over 4,000 were registered as taking part in employability measures.
