Richard Carapaz is the grand winner of the 2021 edition. The Ecuadorian came in fifth on Sunday, a performance that was strong enough to secure him a win in the general standings.

Bob Jungels crossed the finish line as 29th on Sunday, 4 minutes and 57 seconds after Mäder. The Luxembourgish cyclist thus ranks 19th in the combined table, with a delay of 12 minutes and 36 seconds.

Luxembourgish riders Alex Kirsch and Jempy Drucker were less successful in this year’s tour, finishing as 82nd and 100th respectively.
