Luxembourg’s F91 Dudelange team conceded a first goal in the 21st minute after Mailson Lima managed to put a diving head past Luxembourg’s keeper. Dudelange’s players started to be slightly more enterprising but continued to lack precision, allowing their opponents to execute dangerous counter-attacks several times.

Danel Sinani restored Dudelange’s hopes in the 68th minute, bringing the score to an even 1-1.
