The checks formed part of the international operation “Hazeldonk”, with similar checks occurring simultaneously in France, Belgium and the Netherlands.
Officers from the Grand Ducal police were joined by canine units and customs officers as they stopped 74 people, including passengers on three buses. A small amount of cannabis was discovered among the belongings which were checked.
