The public prosecutor's office has released new details following the death of a 71-year-old man during a prison transfer to Uerschterhaff penitentiary on Sunday.

On Sunday morning a 71-year-old man was pronounced dead after falling unwell during his arrival at the prison facility in Sanem.

An autopsy was ordered by an investigating judge. On Friday, the public prosecutor’s office announced the coroner’s findings, confirming the man had died due to natural causes. No external influences were found.
