In a response to a parliamentary question posed by MP Mars Di Bartolomeo, LSAP Minister of Social Security Claude Haagen said there were no significant delays in processing repayments in health insurance for civil servants, or employees at CFL.
In general, Haagen confirmed the digitisation of reimbursement processes was underway, with a view to accelerating repayments in the first stage. The second stage will allow a direct payment system with more support.
