Following a general increase in fuel prices on Saturday, the price of diesel will continue to rise from Wednesday.
Another increase at the pump is set to take effect in Luxembourg. According to the latest data released by the Ministry of the Economy, the price of diesel will go up again from Wednesday.
After a rise of 7.8 cents on Saturday, motorists will now have to pay an additional 4.1 cents, bringing the new displayed price to €1.912 per litre.
Petrol prices, however, remain unchanged. SP95 stays at €1.759 per litre, while SP98 remains at €1.854 per litre.
Heating oil is following the same trend as diesel, rising by 4.6 cents to €1.363 per litre.
This new increase is therefore part of a sustained trend, against a backdrop of an energy context that remains highly unstable.
