RTL Today
The police are looking for people who may have witnessed a car theft in Esch-sur-Alzette, which they estimate to have taken place between 4pm and 8pm on Sunday.

The vehicle in question was a blue Toyota Verso with Luxembourgish license plates.

The police report reveals that two people were later seen driving the car, almost hitting a pedestrian, and even colliding with the crash barrier on the A4 motorway near Leudelange.

Later that same day, officers patrolling Route de Hollerich in Luxembourg City’s Gare district managed to locate the stolen vehicle. They found that the driver lacked a license and was under the influence of alcohol and drugs.

The man was thus fined for theft and driving under the influence of prohibited substances by order of the prosecutor’s office.
