After Sam Tanson took up the mantle of Minister for Justice, and Henri Kox was officially confirmed as Minister of Housing, the government could evolve yet again.
According to information obtained by RTL, discussions are currently underway to find a replacement for one of the government's principal members: the deputy Prime Minister, Minister for the Economy and Minister of Health Étienne Schneider, who recently said he did not envisage staying in his roles for a full term.
Schneider's ministerial portfolios could be divided among several other members of the government. The president of the LSAP party, Franz Fayot, could join the government. MP Marc Angel, who will take on duties of MEP Nicolas Schmit, has also not ruled out a role in government.
