EmploymentJob creation rate increases by 0.9% during first quarter of 2022
The National Institute of Statistics and Economic Studies (STATEC) has published its most recent report on job creation, which finds that the sectors of hospitality and transportation are responsible for creating most new openings.
During the first four months of the year, job creation recorded a 0.9% increase compared to the same period in 2021. Looking at a twelve-month period, the increase is 3.8%.
