The Solina Foundation has brought together the Jongenheem, Aarbechtshëllef, and Solidarité Jeunes associations to pool their resources and help individuals with social or familial issues. Together, the foundation has 200 participants designed to help hundreds of individuals.
On Wednesday, the foundation reiterated its purpose as the non-profit Solidarité Jeunes presented its annual report for 2018. The foundation also highlighted the situations in different shelters, citing 483 placements for the 'day and night' shelter, 58 in the state home shelter, and 122 in socio-educational shelters run by the state.
Each association involved in the foundation will continue its own work but will collaborate in exchanging information and resources between organisations to better their work for those affected by psychosocial issues.
