The owner of a café, who made her establishment available for drug trafficking, was sentenced to one year imprisonment and a €10,000 fine.
Furthermore, the owner was forced to close the café down completely, and is banned from opening another for 10 years.
In October 2018, a rather spectacular drug raid took place at Esch train station, where police had been surveilling the café and the surrounding area for a few weeks.
