The man very kindly left his shoes by the stairs in the basement. He had been in the house for a while, and had a cigarette in the living room. The police arrested the intruder. There were several other break ins during the night from Friday to Saturday, notably in an apartment building on rue de Macher in Remich and on route de Luxembourg in Schieren. Several houses were broken into, one in Dudelange on rue de la Paix, one in Flaxweiler on rue Scheed, and another on rue des Tilleuls in Strassen.
