The incident occurred at the junction between the N7 and Marbuergerstrooss. Ambulances from Hosingen, Troisvierges and Diekirch were on site, as well as the Clervaux fire brigade. The Grand Ducal Fire and Rescue Corps did not specify the severity of the victims' injuries.
Around 7.20 am, a collision between two vehicles occurred causing two injuries on the N1 between Grevenmacher and Mertert that. Two Mertert ambulances tended to the victims, as did the Grevenmacher-Mertert fire brigade.
Around 7.00 am, a car flipped over several times between Berdorf and Grundhof. One person was injured. The Berdorf and Echternach fire brigade and the Echternach ambulance were at the scene.
