It will be partially cloudy with ample sunny spells, but who really cares about that. The main thing you need to know about today is, it's going to be considerably colder than was forecast just a few days ago. We were promised temperatures of around 20 °C, but we'll experience no such thing.
No, it'll be 7 to 9 °C in the morning (acceptable), 10-13 °C during the day (absolutely not acceptable), and 9-12 °C come evening (I'll be asleep or watching Narcos, so that's fine).
Tomorrow's looking better, but at this stage.. can I trust the forecast, or should I double down on Narcos-watching? It'll probably be the latter.
The police have not yet announced any checks for this Thursday.
