The Alebësch Fire and Rescue Centre and the Wiltz rescue services intervened at the scene of the accident.
Around 7.20pm, a fire broke out in a kitchen in Mondorf. Only material damage was reported. Fire fighters from Mondorf, Remich, Aspelt, Dalheim and Dudelange were dispatched to the scene.
The Grand Ducal Fire and Rescue Corps also responded to a bin fire around 8.15pm on Rue des Remparts in Echternach.
