With over 25 years behind them, the hardcore punk outfit Rise Against have certainly made a name for themselves as energetic and outspoken firebrands.

With two sold out shows at den Atelier later this month, this might be your last chance to see the electrifying four-piece.

Formed in Chicago in 1999, they've since established themselves by fusing catchy, rapid-fire hooks with their own brand of political commentary – electric, in-your-face, unabashed.

This approach has certainly resonated with audiences. Following the release of their third studio album, Siren Song of the Counter Culture, in 2004, the quartet suddenly found themselves in the centre of a wirlwind thanks to popular singles like Give it All and Swing Life Away.

Their following LPs – Appeal to Reason (2008), Endgame (2011), The Black Market (2014), and Wolves (2017) – were all commercially successful as the band pivoted to a more accessible sound.

Their unique approach to rapid tempos, anthemic songwriting, and socially conscious lyrics resonated not with listeners all over the globe.

Rise Against haven't slowed down in their political advocacy either, having vocally condemned the overturning of Roe v. Wade in 2022 and, most recently, performed with Bruce Springsteen and Tom Morello at a "Defend Minnesota" benefit concert in Minneapolis to protest the the surge of ICE agents in the city in early 2026.

The melodic hardcore outfit are certainly popular in Luxembourg, too. After their first show at den Atelier this June very quickly sold out, another date was added – which subsequently sold out, too.

Rise Against's show in Luxembourg sold out very quickly – so they added another one, which sold out just as fast it seemed.

Unfortunately, there are still fans of Rise Against in Luxembourg who don't have tickets to either of their shows on 22 and 23 June at den Atelier. But there is hope!
