
In his speech, Donnersbach stated that the party must come together to move forward, and that the CSV desperately needs a new beginning. While this should certainly involve giving young and emerging politicians more responsibilities, the Christian Social Youth (CSJ) made it clear that experienced individuals must also have their place in party leadership.
The CSJ members also almost unanimously re-elected Basile Dell as their general secretary.
The junior politicians slammed the government's housing policy, stating that it is practically impossible to do any worse.
