A flat was broken into during the daytime on Thursday in Bettembourg, as well as a house in Dudelange.
Another break-in was reported in Nommern at 10.15pm on Thursday evening, in which four people escaped despite an immediate search patrol.
Yet another house was burgled, this time in Steinsel on An der Wollefskaul. The house alarm went off and two thieves escaped the premises.
In Rameldange, burglars broke a window to gain access to a residential home. And in Pétange, vandals targeted the Scouts' hall, damaging equipment and smearing the walls with paint.
