Police found the men consuming drugs in the residence's garage, seizing a knife and drug paraphernalia. The men were cautioned in conjunction with other offences.
Shortly after midnight, two people were physically attacked by unknown men at the entrance to Luxembourg City station.
One of the men profited from the situation and stole a mobile phone from one of the victims. The theft was discovered before the aggressors could make their escape.
