A home fire broke out in Buschdorf at 5.45 pm, according to the Grand Ducal Fire and Rescue Bulletin. The blaze required the intervention of six fire brigades, notably from Boevange-sur-Attert, Useldange, Redange, Tuntange, Lintgen, Junglinster, as well as the Uelzechtdall platoon commander and the central emergency zone chief. There were no injuries in the blaze.
At 7.30 pm, a garden shed was reported in flames on Rue de Luxembourg in Steinfort. Again, this was limited to material damage.
Finally, firefighters were called out to extinguish a van that caught fire in Bereldange, at 12.50 am on Monday morning.
