The Grand Ducal couple were welcomed at Anvaing's town hall in Belgium, located southwest of Brussels and not far from the French border, where a reception was held in their honour.
According to the Grand Ducal Court, the visit was marked by a warm and convivial atmosphere, with many memories and the deep ties of the Grand Duchess to Anvaing, her childhood home, taking centre stage throughout the event.
