The Socialist Women have a new president, with local councillor Jasmine Pettinger taking over the role after her predecessor, Maxime Miltgen, was elected co-president of the LSAP two weeks ago.

Jasmine Pettinger will become the new president of the Socialist Women, following the election of her predecessor, Maxime Miltgen, as co-president of the Luxembourg Socialist Workers’ Party (LSAP) two weeks ago.

The decision was made on 26 March.

Pettinger serves as a local councillor in Steinfort, where she also presides over the equal opportunities committee. She is additionally a member of the National Women’s Council.
