The Luxembourg Air Rescue was deployed twice on Friday evening as six people were injured in a two-car crash near Junglinster and two others were hurt when a bus struck a pedestrian in Huldange.

Six people were injured in a crash involving two cars on the N11 road between Graulinster and Junglinster shortly before 5pm on Friday. Emergency services, including the Luxembourg Air Rescue, responded to the scene, with ambulances despatched from Echternach, Junglinster, Larochette, and Mertert.

Later that evening, at around 7pm, a bus struck a pedestrian in Huldange, on the road Op d'Schmëtt. According to the Grand Ducal Fire and Rescue Corps (CGDIS), two people were injured in the incident. Air Rescue was once again deployed, along with an ambulance from Troisvierges.

Additionally, two separate fires were reported on Friday evening. One occurred on Route de Longwy in Rodange, and another on Rue de la Libération in Linger. Both incidents resulted in material damage only, and no injuries were reported.
