Not GTA capital after all?Luxembourg police refute Eurostat study on stolen cars

RTL Today
The study, which found that Luxembourg allegedly tops the EU charts in terms of car thefts, had caused quite the stir in the Grand Duchy.

According to a press release from Luxembourg's police, the number of cars stolen per 100,000 citizens between 2015 and 2018 amount to a little over 50 per year.

This number, police stressed, puts Luxembourg in 20th position rather than 1st.
