The café's owner had asked a man to leave the premises, but he was resisting.
Officers searched the man and found 100 grams of marijuana and 40 grams of hashish on his person, which were confiscated alongside the man's phone and cash.
The man later appeared before an investigating judge by order of the public prosecutor's office.
