One person was injured in the accident, which occurred on Rue d'Ettelbruck. Larochette ambulance, Mersch fire fighters and a police patrol all dealt with the incident.

It turns out the driver had only borrowed the car and had lost control of the vehicle for a yet to be determined cause. Once taken to the hospital, he tested positive for driving under the influence. The police contacted the man to whom the vehicle belonged, who came to the scene of the crash. At the scene, they noticed he had also been drinking and seized his license.

The damage to the house appeared to be not alto extensive. However, the car parked in the garage ws damaged.

Shortly before 10pm on Wednesday, two cars were involved in a collision on Route de Remich in Mondorf. Two people suffered injuries in the accident, which was attended by two ambulances, two teams of fire fighters and the police.

Finally, a three-car pile up occurred in Esch-sur-Alzette on the CR110 on Wednesday afternoon. Just one person was injured and taken care of by the Esch emergency services.
