The first of the vehicle incidents occurred on Monday afternoon in Remich, where a suspect smashed a car window and stole a handbag. Later that evening in Esch-sur-Alzette, an individual broke into a vehicle and stole several items, including a wallet. Investigations have been launched in both cases.
Separately, at around 10pm on Monday, authorities in Luxembourg City were alerted to an altercation involving two individuals on Rue du Fort Elisabeth in the Gare neighbourhood.
