Police have reported another sexual assault in Bettembourg.
On Wednesday, they received a report of a sexual assault on a minor on Rue Marie-Thérèse in Bettembourg at around 9pm. According to initial findings, the victim was walking when she was grabbed from behind by an unknown person and touched in the intimate area. The perpetrator then made off on an electric scooter.
The police investigation is ongoing.
Last week, officers had already been looking for witnesses after a 19-year-old woman was attacked by an unknown assailant in Bettembourg. Police say they cannot currently confirm whether there is any link between the two incidents.
