Shortly after midnight, a police patrol witnessed how a driver ignored a red light in Esch-sur-Alzette. When officers stopped the man to alert him to his mistake, they found that he was drunk. He received a fine but was allowed to keep his driving license.
At 12.30 a.m., police stopped another reckless driver on Rue de Hollerich in the capital. Officers revoked the man’s license after his alcohol test came back positive.
The police also stopped a drink driver in Hagen shortly before 2.00 a.m. on Friday. The driving license also had to be revoked in this case.
