
A woman had her purse and phone stolen at a bus stop on Rue des Acacias in Esch-sur-Alzette at around 7.30 pm on Wednesday evening. According to the police, one of the three perpetrators threatened the woman at knifepoint, ordering her to give them cash. The three muggers stole her phone and purse before fleeing the scene.
The police description of the perpetrators is as follows:
The first man is of eastern European origin, described as having a stocky build, and estimated as being 1.80 metres tall. The man also had a three-day beard and was wearing green shoes and a black 'Redskin' jacket.
The second man was also of eastern European origin and about 1.65 metres tall. His age is put at between 25 and 30, he has close-shaved hair, and was wearing black shoes and black Adidas clothes with white stripes.
The third man was also of eastern European origin, of a thin stature, and also around 1.80 metres tall. He has close-shaved hair, and was wearing beige trousers and a black coat.
