Fuel prices have risen steadily over recent weeks, but drivers who use diesel can finally breathe a sigh of relief. From midnight on Friday, the price of diesel will fall by 30.4 cents to €1.882 per litre. This means diesel will once again be cheaper than 98-octane petrol, from Friday onwards.
Heating oil is also seeing a notable decrease. The price per litre will drop by 31.1 cents to €1.338.
