Around 3.30 pm on Monday, a man was seen roaming the streets of Strassen with what appeared to be a real gun. He visited a supermarket, where clients and staff remained calm and waited for the police to arrive.
Upon arriving, the officers were confronted by the man, who quickly surrendered. The gun was subsequently identified as a toy replica.
The man was visibly confused at the time and brought to a nearby hospital. Results showed he had been under the influence of alcohol.
